Check-in begins at 14:00, and check-out is by 10:00. Early check-in or late check-out may be possible upon request, depending on availability.

2. Is parking available at the property?

Yes. We offer a spacious, free private parking area directly behind the property. You may park anywhere you find an available spot.

3. Are the apartments suitable for families or groups?

Our apartments are ideal for couples or small families of up to three guests. While fully equipped for comfortable, longer stays, they are not suitable for groups or families of four.

4. Is breakfast included in the room rate?

Breakfast is not included, but you may add our breakfast service to your stay.

5. Do you offer airport or port transfers?

Yes. We can arrange transfers through our trusted local partners upon request. Please contact us in advance to organize your transport.

Yes. We provide daily housekeeping, with fresh towels and linens every three days.

Niovi Seaview Apartments is located just 500 meters from the main beach of Agioi Apostoli—close enough to enjoy the beach atmosphere, while still offering a peaceful and relaxing setting.

Yes. Complimentary high-speed Wi-Fi is available in all apartments and outdoor areas.

10. Do the apartments have a kitchen?

Yes. Each apartment includes a fully equipped kitchenette with a fridge, stovetop, kettle, coffee maker, cookware, and utensils—perfect for preparing simple meals.
Kindly note that deep frying and fish cooking are not permitted inside the apartments.

11. How can we order breakfast?

If you would like to enjoy our breakfast service, please book it the day before.
Your breakfast will be delivered to your apartment around 09:00. The menu changes daily, and we are happy to adapt it to your preferences.
